I am busy working on Teaser Tuesday for our Seniors this evening, but during a few short minutes, I had the chance to do a couple of teasers for the engagement session we had in Houston over this last weekend.

If y’all didn’t know, I grew up in a little suburb of Houston, Texas for the entirety of my childhood. Only at age 13 did I spend an entire year here in Kansas, so being down there again.. that’s my roots! Rebeka, this lovely, newly-engaged lady has been one of the closest to my heart over the course of 15 years. After moving away, we grew apart but stayed in touch, and over the last seven or so years, I see her every chance I get and I was SO honored to take their engagement photos (even in the rain!)

Nathaniel & Rebeka drove down from Austin, Texas to have an engagement session in Cypress, Texas and even though it rained and rained and rained and rained – we pushed through! With the help of Rebecca, an absolute dear friend of mine holding an umbrella and chasing me around, we got the most gorgeously cozy shots.
