We can reschedule due to weather at your photographer's discretion! If we both agree the weather isn't worth it, we'll find the next available date. We shoot on weekdays, but can shoot on a Sunday for a weekend fee.

What if we need to reschedule due to weather? What if you can't make it?

We send over an outfit guide for every session! As a rule of thumb, wear coordinating colors and try to - as a unit - wear a total of 3 colors between everyone in the image whether it's a team, a family, or you and your person. 

What do we wear to our session?

Absolutely! We have a flat travel fee to Kansas City/OKC/Tulsa. If you catch us while we're already in Kansas City, the travel fee is waived which we can absolutely schedule around that. Weddings out of the country, or outside of that realm have a custom quote.

Will you travel to us?

Every image gets both edited and retouched to maintain and clean and modern touch. As the images go through both of our hands, we deliver sessions within 4 weeks of your session and weddings within 2 months. 

What's your turnaround time?

Every session depends, but we don't hold any images hostage. We have a number we aim for (ex: 100 photos per hour at a wedding and 50 photos per hour at a session) though we typically deliver many more so you have each memory.

How many images do you deliver?

We've both been photographers since around 2009/2010 so we've been photographers for over 13 years! Kay & Bee Studios started in 2013, so we've been business partners for more than 10 years with more than 1000 clients. It's wild!
