Words can’t describe how freaking excited I was to shoot a wedding again! It had been a full eight months! …. I was itching for one considering they’re my absolute favorite. It only took packing up the good ole’ camera bag to set me off into a firework show of excitedness.

Then it hit me that it had been an entire EIGHT MONTHS since I’d shot a wedding.

And so it begins.

Ashley Knolla and I join forces and team up as Kay & Bee Studios and this is our first official shoot together as a real duo! SUUUURRE, we’ve assisted eachother before in previous weddings but this was the real deal. We were a partnership and we weren’t goin back! I had my right side and she was my left side. We work together like we share a mind. It was like magic. I never knew where she was during the wedding, but I just trusted she was getting the images. And thus, here we are! Shooting our first wedding together as a duo and rockin it. We were everywhere. From the girls getting ready in this really insanely vintage locker room at Tallgrass to the detail shots we’d get of the dress in the trees dodging every car as if it was Addison! Megan was in full on zen mode just living in her day. Her dress was absolutely flawless and her bridesmaids were perfect (and knee-slapping hilaaaaaarious!) Enjoy their day in photographs below 🙂
