When I receive an inquiry from a mother, I know they mean business. When I receive an inquiry from a mother that asks us for vendor recommendations and trusts in us, I know that we’re a solid match. I think sometimes we, as photographers, forget how trusted we are and how good it feels when you can feel that trust. Getting to work with so many vendors that we adore couldn’t have made for a better Saturday.
Hannah had one of our favorite coordinators in town make sure the whole day went off without a hitch. Krista and her team at Addison Grace Events worked wonders. They flipped the room over a quick 45 minute cocktail hour and completely (seriously… completely) transformed the room. I also have to mention their head table situation. If you follow us on instagram and saw our insta story on the day of their wedding, you noticed that we dropped a big truth bomb, and it had everything to do with their head table! It was the best head table/reception set up that we’ve ever seen! They had their head table in the center of the room, in the midst of their guests tables facing the dance floor. This kept them from feeling separated, and had the guests feeling comfortable enough to approach it. It was seriously genius. #futurebridetip
Ok, ok, back to it. We also got to meet and work with DJ Carbon who BLEW US AWAY at the reception. You’ll notice the energy at the reception was nothing short of incredible. Just wait till you start scrolling and trust me. We had our good friends (and videographers,) Nick and Jen, with Nick Miller Films there too making sure no moment goes missed enjoy the jam session.
Hannah and Miles are the couple that attracts love. For real, love surrounds these two. Never at a wedding have I felt a vibe so genuine from the people that came together to celebrate the love of Hannah and Miles. Capturing the happiness and energy throughout the day couldn’t have been easier. Well, maybe it could have, but that’s only because mother nature decided a gusty few weeks was in order. 😉 I had an incredibly hard time narrowing this gallery down to just a few (okay, more than a few) images which makes me all the more excited to share with you all, and since we delivered their gallery to them yesterday for their one month anniversary, today was a PERFECT day to share their wedding for Wedding Wednesday!
Enjoy! xx
