When we first met Cole & Kathryn, the wind was 45mph and the temperature was below freezing. Imagine the wind chill! We had a session with Kathryn’s entire immediate family and fell in love with them all. The positive attitudes and trust in us made us feel at home at their newly-built, beautiful home. Then there was Kathryn and Cole. The way Kathryn looks at him and the ease of Cole making her laugh is magical and one-of-a-kind.

Thankfully, mother nature had a different idea for their engagement session. It was just below 50 with the typical Kansas wind. We couldn’t have been more lucky to have the weather we did over the holiday. Just the way they are made our job so easy. They compliment one another, left and right. It’s a once in a lifetime kind of love.

It’s an understatement to say that we have the pleasure of photographing the best couples. From that first meeting with them to their engagement session, we know that we are SO lucky. We can’t wait for your wedding in October, you guys!
