Where do I even begin? Well, we could begin with the story of how this whole shoot began.. at 3:00 in the morning. Yes, that’s a good place to start! Ash Bee and I set our precious iPhone alarm clocks for 3:35 on the dot.. snoozed that completely.. and woke up fresh faced ready for the mountains at 4:00 AM. We drove the rental car miles and miles to the nearest Starbucks where we met our stunning morning birds there one hour before the sunrise. We grabbed our liquid instant gratification and cruised up into the sky, climbing until our ears popped right out. (Yawning is the best fix for poppin’, I swear by it!) 

 We had never before met Kelsey and Ryan, however, upon our arrival we got all sorts of hugs and smiles that you just don’t expect to see when it’s still night time and natural for us all to be sounnnnd asleep in our beds. These two had me at hello, no joke! We had a long and scenic drive to hit just about every subject under the Sun and it was all the greatest pleasure to get to know them both. Once we arrived at our location, and froze for a second as the Sun was still rising, we ventured off the beaten paths of Estes park for hours. I wanted the day to go on and on and on forever, but altitude sickness can easily jump right in a be all like, “OH NO YOU DON’T.” 

  After hundreds and hundreds of shots were taken, we all decided it was time for some good ole’ local breakfast from a hole-in-the-wall diner outside the city. After brunch we all went our separate ways, only to see each other the next day at our Colorado wedding — COMING SOON. Come back soon and see us and the wedding blog we’re oh so excited to share! (:
