Meet Christina & Jerin

He saw her walk through the doors of his home and head down into the basement with his roommate when he was instantly blown away by her. But, for nearly two years she was in a relationship and for nearly two years Jerin had developed a huge crush on the girl that he imagined she would be. 

There would be a day where she wasn’t in a relationship anymore, he’d hoped.

That one day came.

She walked into the airport. The airport where he conveniently worked. Jerin saw his opportunity to finally open up a door for a chance to be with the girl of his dreams. The girl he barely knew but so badly wanted to know. He checked her bags. She nervously scurried for a photo in her wallet of a mutual friend’s daughter so they’d have something in common to talk about. Their conversation was short but little did the two know, it was the beginning. As Christina walked away, a pleased Jerin planned his next move.

Maybe “planned” isn’t the best word. Jerin’s more of a “let’s do it and see what happens” kind of guy when it comes to Christina, but he did send a tweet to her randomly that read “@CWarren is too pretty not to be my girlfriend.”

If he hadn’t caught her attention before, he sure had it now.

After asking her on a date, which she declined, he didn’t give up. Being the persistent man that he is, finally got her to come to his Super Bowl Party and much to our surprise, they hit it off and quickly became inseparable.

A year and a half later, they were on a plane heading to New York to see Lady Gaga. On May 13, 2014, a not-so-amused-little-monster, Christina was asked to not go wait in line at nine in the morning for Gaga and instead go to a taping of VH1, amongst other things people in New York do in the morning. She obliged and went to see Nick Lachey. I mean… it’s Nick Lachey! 

Then guess what? Jerin proposed on national television!

The best part!? Everyone knew and everyone kept it hush hush. <3 Way to blow her away this time, Jerin!
