Meet Bri & Evan

At a roller rink in Illinois was when Bri first saw Evan. Yes, a roller rink. Adorable right? Even more adorable that she was just a mere 12 years old. She ignored all of her thoughts of him being quite the cutie since he’s two years younger than her. No way was she going to have a crush on a boy younger than her!

She had her own life throughout middle school and high school, as did he. Fast forward eight years and the two reconnected. This is around the same time she was following something in her heart telling her Chicago isn’t where she belongs. On a whim, she picks up and moves to Denver, Colorado and is in need of a roommate. Who better to ask than the handsome fellow she’s been dating for a couple of weeks?

Home is where your heart is. Two years later, the two welcomed their first baby boy into the world and a few years later, welcomed a second bundle of joy. They knew that was only the beginning of their happily ever after and little family.

It was just perfect that we shot their engagement session where their home is, in Fort Collins, Colorado this past weekend… conveniently near the same spot where Evan dropped down on one knee and asked Bri to be his wife. It’s the beginning of their forever and we’re so happy to capture their wedding day this June!
